I am happy to receive this nomination from @flashartitalia which recognizes me as one of the best Italian artists of the past year among so many incredible people.

This nomination comes quite unexpectedly, given the nature of my work and my approach, which is meant to speak softly. In recent years I have tried to adopt a responsible approach and to care for others, discouraging those dynamics that legitimize harmful and violent behavior toward other entities. I have always hoped that kindness could be an added value, but unfortunately it is still confined to an imaginary that associates it with weakness validating cruel and hyper-performative attitudes.
If chaos and confusion do not emerge in accounts of our present, there is likely a problem of sensitivity or the blindness of the class privilege.
I am therefore very happy that my work can appeal to simple people, complex people, and not to distracted ones.
