Works

"Infinite fall (floating)" takes the form of a swimming pool floor. Once again, the bodies inhabiting the space unknowingly participate in the work, making it performative. The swimmers appear suspended in emptiness, further intensifying the feeling of perpetual descent. The paradox emerges from the imagery itself: that of cartoons and their characters, who fall endlessly without ever getting hurt. This lingering state, somewhere between an hyper-life and an hyper-death, becomes a metaphor for our sense of inadequacy in relation to desire and the possibility of imagining the future.
